Town hall surrounded by invasive Bradford pear trees and all the ditches throughout town are full of invasive bush honeysuckle. Both plants are listed by the Missouri department of conservation to be a problem to the health of Missouri wildlife. Yet the town wants to try and make me chop down my yard full of native flowering plants that support native pollinators and birds and other small animals.
