Great people, great service, affordable options. This is a 3 generation, family owned and operated business. I was given a great understanding of what my hearing test results meant. We discussed various options and the pros and cons of each. Park Hearing dealt with my insurance company to make payment simple and clear. I received my silk in-ear aides and they spent time with me to ensure I understood how to use them, clean them and the options for return or periodic servicing that they provide. This was our first visit to Park Hearing, and it definitely won’t be our last. We called on a whim because my mother needed her hearing aids paired with her phone, and we’d heard Park Hearing handled her brand. Even without an appointment, they tried to fit her in between other clients. When we arrived, we were quickly seen by a gentleman who not only reset and paired her hearing aids, but also gave her a refresher on using the app, checked her ears, and installed a couple of small wires to prevent the hearing aids from fall... read more
What an amazing experience. Aging is not fun, but working with Antoni, Marek and Dorota, made it so much easier. From start to end they walked me through everything and I felt like I had partners with me on my hearing loss journey.I have already told others and happily recommend working with Park Hearing Centre. They are a great clinic! Very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, if you are looking for coverage or reimbursement from your insurance for audiology services , they are not classified as Audiologist so I was not able to get reimbursed back for my hearing test. I did not know they were not certified audiologists prior to booking my appointment otherwise I would have booked somewhere else.
Park Hearing Centre is amazing! Professional staff that take the time and effort needed. After 34 audiograms, in 34 years, this was the most comprehensive examination I’ve ever had. Thank you. 🫡
