They charged me for the wrong color for the light I ordered. I only found out after I waited a month and a half for the lights. They told me it would be another month to get the right color. It has now been a month and a half an I'm still waiting. I called twice to ask what is going on to finally get a reply that it would take atleast another month longer. Not happy. They did pay for the installation of another light I ordered, but waiting 2.5 months for their mistake is outrageous.
Danait was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Store had my item and bulbs in stock- this made shopping for a light fixture super easy. Will definitely go back!

We we’re upgrading lights in our house. Checked some box stores, oh my. So we decided to stop at Park lighting. Oh my so much to see. After a couple hours we had a decided on some lights. All the staff we came in contact with that day was extremely helpful. Purchased lights and ordered some lights. I came to Park Lighting for a few basement lights that i needed for a small project when Dawn greeted me at the door. She was a great listener and listened to my ramble on about my project, but shortly after she had numerous questions that she asked me pertaining to the project which helped narrow down my options. It made me feel like she actually took interest in my project and was sincerely trying to best assist me which in this day and age is almost impossible to find. I will be going back very soon to see Dawn!
