Went to P&F back in December for my wedding dress. I wanted something simple yet elegant for my smaller wedding in the mountains. I found the perfect dress. Everything went smoothly and our associate was very helpful and respectful. I got married a couple weeks ago and I felt so good in my dress! Thank you!

I really wanted to love my experience here, especially after driving over 3 hours for my appointment. While most of the staff were super friendly, the consultant assigned to me kept disappearing, which made it hard to feel supported during such an important appointment. The fitting room I was given didn’t have a mirror, so I had to walk out each time just to see the dresses—which wouldn’t have been a big deal, except I felt completely exposed to everyone in the store. I called the salon 30 minutes before arriving, and they accommodated me without any issues. The wedding guest dress I saw online looked even better in person. The prices are reasonable, and the dresses are well-made and flattering—even if you're not a size XS. Fabulous experience, and I feel like a million dollars in my dress!
Beautiful dresses! I was not helped once in store by the 8 sales associates that were just standing around and chatting. I was dressed more casually, which leads me to believe that they didn’t think I was a “paying customer” when I am sending 5-7 of my bridesmaids here. When I talked to an associate they immediately dismissed me and did not try to help. What horrible customer service and am considering finding somewhere else for my bridesmaids to shop.
