Went here to try on bridesmaids dresses with my bridesmaids back in October. The ladies there were so great and helpful! We had the best time. At the time they also told us we didn’t need to make an appointment to try on dresses. We went again this last weekend and the lady at the store was so rude (woman who had a black bob). Absolutely shocked at this location and the companies new policy. We were told multiple times over the phone, no need to book an appointment and we couldn’t touch half the store when we arrived!!!? On top of this the woman with the black bob was so rude when we got in. Explained this new policy to us like we were children and then proceeded to not help us at all. Need a new size? No. How is it fitting? No. I’m glad so happy my friend found a dress and it was 60% but I Will not be going back to this location. Rude.
I had a great experience at this store trying on and buying a wedding dress. It was really fun to have a private shopping experience with my mom and sister, and the staff member helping us. I also appreciate Park and Fifth's commitment to sustainability in their material selection, and partnering with Canadian production companies.
Recently visited P&F to purchase bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids. The dresses themselves are gorgeous and we ended up loving the options, however the experience was very rushed and overwhelming. We travelled two hours to visit the store and felt as though we should have just ordered online as the experience was not worth the drive. We were asked to narrow down a colour of dress from 6 options but after option 4 were reminded multiple times that we only had 25 minutes left of our 50 minute appointment. Dresses are TERRIBLE quality (particularly the Sutton Dress in the Livia Fabric) - the fabric in this dress has a known quality issues and yet they sell it regardless. The fabric damages with just general wear (see photos). When the issue was highlighted to the staff at the Calgary location they were less than helpful. They initially wouldn't do anything as I had the dress altered (at the recommendation of ALL three staff I worked with the day I purchased it).
