I've been shopping at P&F for a while now, back when the Calgary location was a small one-room in the back of a bridal boutique. I had never been able to find dresses that were actually made for my body - it was the first time I ever put on a skinny 90s strap dress that had enough support for me on its own and it was a magical moment. Fast forward and I have 10 (or more) dresses and they're all fabulous, plus the customer service is great. AND they're Canadian. 10/10.
had an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses, me and another bridesmaid chose the same dress and ordered the same day. they get delivered and we try them on to discover they fit nothing like when we tried the dress on during the appt. now we panicked and went back in and were told they were aware of size discrepancies with that dress. which no one told us when we tried on or bought the dress
I had a very disappointing experience ordering a dress from this store. I visited the store in person to try on dresses and selected one I wanted to purchase. My size and colour were not available in-store, so a sales associate helped me place an online order. I was very clear that I needed the dress by June 10, as I would be travelling on June 11. Best place to get bridesmaid dresses! Everyone was so helpful and the selection was amazing. I especially wanted to give Michelangela a shoutout. One of my bridesmaid dresses wasn’t coming in on time and when I called the store, she immediately stepped in and got things moving quickly. She truly went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for all her help. Thank you for making such a stressful situation so much easier!
I had a wonderful experience here. I found my dress and Adri, the stylist was an amazing help. She was kind, thoughtful and calm. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Park & Fifth. I wish their staff got commissions on the dresses, Adri sure deserved it.
