I cannot recommend Park & Fifth enough! After an absolute disaster with a seamstress and my wedding dress (completely unrelated to Park & Fifth), I was in a really stressful situation and needed to find a solution quickly. I stopped in today on a whim because I had family who was entertaining my baby (yay!). They were kind enough to help me out with no appointment and show me my options. While the space and staff were great and welcoming I unfortunately didn't find anything I liked. *I was in search of a satin black bridesmaids dress* all the silhouettes were incredibly similar (columnar) rather than having anything more flowy or a-line, I was also hoping to see something frilly or tiered which there was nothing (black &satin). I had a bridal appointment, they were very attentive and the space provided to try the dresses was very comfortable with shoes to try on with the dresses. Highly recommend!
I ended up needed a larger size for a MOH of dress. I missed the return/exchange deadline, but the team was more than accommodating with this. I ended up buying the larger size right away, as I was worried about stock and availability. They accommodated this and are going to refund my credit card directly, even though it was supposed to be a store credit. Thanks P&F customer services team!
I unfortunately had a very similar experience to others who have posted. The dresses are beautiful. However, the staff is truly some of the worst I think I’ve ever dealt with. I went mid morning on a week day to shop for a wedding guest dress and there was one other person shopping with 3 staff members in the store.
