The worst company to buy a special-event dress from. We contacted them after only 4 weeks asking for an exchange for a bigger size for a bridesmaids dress, and the answer was a flat, cold “no.” Even worse, customer service actually told her to sell the dress on Marketplace and then come back to them for another $300 dress. Zero care from P&F: just “come buy another one from us.” Customer service is actually a store’s face and its value. Not recommending.
If you are requiring people to take their shoes off, the least you can do is keep the mats dry, or offer disposable slippers so people don't walk around barefoot. Second, the quality of these dresses is absolutely abysmal. So many dresses were already frayed, and not to mention the White Collection which was absolutely filthy. Dresses are nice but the customer service is horrible. We walked in with only two of us wanting to try on dresses and they said we needed an appointment but the website doesn’t say “by appointment only” it says for “bridal groups” you need an appointment. Two people isn’t a bridal group I’d say and they wouldn’t answer the phone when we tried to call to confirm about an appointment. If you’re gonna be rude about be clear on your website. I had the best experience at Park & Fifth finding my wedding dress. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the whole process felt really relaxed and special. The dresses are beautiful and such great quality and very well priced too. I’m so happy I found my dress here.
Had a lovely experience finding a wedding guest dress for an upcoming wedding!! I called and they were kind enough to fit me in for a day-of appointment, I quickly found one with the help of my stylist Christina! She was so attentive, kind and understood the assignment, especially since I had a tighter timeline. She made the experience so fun and relaxed! Very intimate and beautiful space with a wide selection of formal and bridesmaid dresses:)
