The place is filthy, meals are all carbs and sodium,no suggestions are welcomed. Sub contractors like hospice are dropping them as a client due to the way management belittles them for no reason. No updates in 40 years. Management is REACTIVE, NOT PROACTIVE. Employees,residents and family members absolutely can't stand the Director or the D.O.N they treat others like dirt. That's okay though KARMA is lying in wait !
MONICA Rossi is the Admin there, very unprofessional, yells and rolls her eyes like she is 6. There infested with bed bugs my Granddaughter worked there for 4 months had to come home strip at the door outside we made her quit. She fired young teenagers for no reason ,does not care about her staff. 1 staff member was assaulted and she said too bad, your too friendly that is your fault, No write up nothing. this place needs to be shut down and the DON needs her license revoked. i worked this place through agency several times and the residents are living in squalor. there are residents who do not have the mental to make decisions or even feed themselves. this place has many residents that are unfit for assisted living environment and need more care than what they provide here. the number of residents that go unfed because they don't have the will to eat is sad! i still come here but it makes me angry that the DON and Administra... read more
This is a sad place. I felt sorry for my daughter and other young women who were overworked and unappreciated. Management stay quiet while residents are living in destitute environment. How can it be allowed that male residents are assaulting female caregivers??? Where are the background check for these individuals!!!!. They do not give notice on when they are terminating employment therefore leaving female caregivers to scramble to pay their bills and etc. I'm highly disappointed you would think they would keep workers inst... read more
This place is not an assisting living . Mentally illness residents have no place being in here. Physical attacks by residents on staff . Residents constantly in disagreement with each other. Not enough dietary aides for kitchen. Cross contamination bad. Very disgusting to have an aide who changes urine & feces to serve in the kitchen. Residents constantly making phone calls to police & EMS . EMS so fed up they want to get corporate involved. They will take anybody just to fill up this place!!!!
