Can never get to talk to a person. Left number for a call back, but was never called back. You don't even rate a 1star.
They are very nice and helpful to all their customers. I was happy to have met the people working here.

Making automated payment, I only paid one time, only received one payment receipt email, but they charged my account two times and won't reverse the extra payment. Horrible customer service. I was told I might get a call back and I might not. We'll, I haven't got a call back, and my money is gone.
