The woman with dyed blonde hair and lip injections has a very bad attitude. I asked nicely for her to let me into the locker room because I no longer had my key after checkout. She was rude — cut me off and told me to take a seat so she could take a phone call even though we were staying at the hotel for almost a week. I had to remind her that we were in a rush for her to move her hand 10 cm to press the button for the door. I expect more from a customer facing employee at a 5 star hotel. Took my kids to Spapark today and booked online. During booking, there was an option stating you had to buy grip socks, so I didn’t purchase them as my kids already had bounce grip socks from another park. When we got in the lady asked if we had grip socks we said yes, After the kids enter in the park to play, they were stopped and told they couldn’t participate without Spapark’s own purple socks. I had to pay $3.50 extra per child, which was frustrating since the website doesn’t clearly state that only their branded socks a... read more
