Girl's Spa Visit Three of us visited Park Hyatt Day Spa for the first time to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. We appreciated the 4-hour free valet parking included with our 1-hour massage, which allowed us to stay and enjoy the spa facilities. Each of us had a blissful 1-hour massage in treatment rooms that were quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. I went there around one week ago. Everything was okay until I saw my therapist with a long SNS nail. I think that should be your number 1 rule as a therapist to have a short clean nail if you going to do massage and facial? You can imagine the massage is not that pleasant, since she has long nail, she can't really do much power for either the massage and facial and don't even talk about the hygine with the long nail touching and massaging your face. This spa is quite the let down for the hotel. My husband and I had a couples massage upon entering the spa it says "use your quite voice", it seems that staff do not take this on board. The whole massage I could here quite detailed and lengthy conversations the staff were having. The staff also brought their food in and out of the area with guest. I would recommend the management take a serious look at reviewing the spa and improving the experience for guest. The massage was fine.
