Becky in registration was very rude. I made an appointment for 8 AM after I had a work related injury. I came in at 8 AM and they said they had several InstaCare patients that they had to see before me and that they wouldn’t see me until 930 and then I should wait. When I told them I had an appointment for 8 AM instead of trying to accommodate they just gaslighted me and said I was lying about my appointment time. Terrible service if you had a work related injury do not go see the Park City Workmed.
Good Customer Service at the front and the lab tech guy or drug test
I rarely leave reviews but wanted to say how incredibly rude someone named “David” was to me over the phone today. I called to leave a message for my former General Practitioner, Mary Schindeler. I adored Mary during our 10-year relationship before she moved to urgent care, and I wanted her advice on a referral. “David” condescendingly told me that she was “much too busy” to receive a message from me. I actually cried. No wonder this place has terrible reviews.
Avoid this clinic if at all possible. Staff is rude. I came in after a work injury. The clinic is short staffed so the wait time is long. Staff is unfriendly. Instead of introducing themselves and their role, something like: "Hi. My name is so and so and I am the MA taking care of you today," they scold you for having your earbuds in. They don't communicate at all with you during the appointment and you don't know what is going on.
