Bootleg operation with incompetent, unprofessional team. Reservations are non refundable and they will try to scam you with additional fees and insult you, despite their incompetence. Booked and paid for a shuttle for 4 adults and 1 infant, Sessel confirmed the price and 3 days later Lily attempted to collect additional fees for the infant. I asked that they honor the pricing and they cancelled my reservation instead. Called to try and pay the difference despite Sessel’s mistake and Lily hung up on me.
