Totally unprofessional, customer service is 0. I confirmed the shuttle on their website. Once in flight to SLC they offered a more expensive solution which I accepted and then they cancelled the service.
Do not use this company. Unprofessional and hostile customer service. Simple, reasonable questions were met with dismissive and confrontational responses instead of clear explanations. Communication was inconsistent, policies shifted mid-conversation, and the overall tone was aggressive rather than customer-focused. I cancelled the booking because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. While the refund was processed, the experience itself was unacceptable.
Worst service ever, didn’t show up ,and they charge twice as much as an Uber with the same type of Car, not recommended at all
