I wish I could write a review and give negative stars or at least none at all. First experience with them and it was for a medical ride. No courtesy call saying that they would be over an hour late. Had to find out by calling the medical ride company that outsources to them. Now I have to reschedule because they "got caught up on a call". Glad it's not a very important appointment and can be resqueduled. Very poor customer care and service
Kermit was the best driver. Most pleasurable ride.
Worst livery company ever. Drivers are ignorant and disrespectful. Would love to give negative stars.
Their driving is awful. They stayed in the high speed lane while going under the speed limit for 40 miles without moving over. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.
