My experience was 100+ stars. The dealership tried to convince us to use a bank they recommended but we all were more comfortable for our credit union. Jenny is a absolute ROCKSTAR. She is kind and definitely made every part of the process easy and fast. She is also so educated about knowing every last detail about her job. It was my kids first loan and she made sure that he was protected with the payments he made and understood every detail about the process. Jenny thank you so much!
