I've enjoyed my reflexology appointments with Ashley, as well as appreciated the health benefits I experience. She has a calm demeanor that fosters trust and relaxation, and is both knowledgable and understanding of what you might feel or expect while with her, I highly recommend. I'm an even bigger fan of Ashley's nature therapy walks as the gentle walk though the woods, and yourself, guided by her soothing voice, brings a deep appreciation for both the nature around you and the stillness you can find within yourself.

Ashley is wonderful! She took the time to explain everything to me at every step and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning for more reflexology appointments.
Everytime I leave a reflexology session with Ashley I feel refreshed and relaxed, but also feel healing activated in areas of the body that needed a little support! I also particularly love her use of herbs to support the experience! I also loved the Elemental Assessment and Wellness plan. It was very cool to learn which foods and herbs support my body and felt and instant shifts when implementing the recommendations!
I have seen Ashley several times for reflexology and have had wonderful relaxing sessions. She is attentive to issues you may have or problems you're experiencing, and customizes your tea and foot soak appropriately. The reflexology itself is so nice, with Ashley explaining problematic areas after the treatment. Highly recommend!
