Ashley did a wonderful job of walking me through what to expect during my first reiki session with her, after which I left feeling calm, centered and grounded.
I've enjoyed my reflexology appointments with Ashley, as well as appreciated the health benefits I experience. She has a calm demeanor that fosters trust and relaxation, and is both knowledgable and understanding of what you might feel or expect while with her, I highly recommend. I'm an even bigger fan of Ashley's nature therapy walks as the gentle walk though the woods, and yourself, guided by her soothing voice, brings a deep appreciation for both the nature around you and the stillness you can find within yourself.
