Went to Paris Horse Auction last night (03/02/24) an overo paint mare was riden in the ring, her owner (Dean Cox from Winnsboro Tx.)stated that she was 12 to 15 years old. The Auctioneer said " you can believe what Dean Cox tells you". So I bid on mare and got her. We took her home. ( The sale barn and the Auctioneer have an obligation to tell the truth and the Veterinarian is supposed to put the age on the coggins papers.
