I am giving them a 2-star rating, which I feel is kind given my experience. As background, we are a small business and have struggled over the last 4 years. For various reasons, we had not filed taxes for 2 years. We needed to file late for 2020 and 2021. The current year was 2022 and we intended to wind down operations on 12/31/2022. We paid Paresky & Flitt more than $20K to do our taxes for 2020 and 2021. My belief was that they would do some of the heavy lifting for this price, as our books needed some maintenance.
