I have been working with Rebecca DeWolfe and Paresky Flitt for nearly a decade both personally and professionally and every year I am more impressed by Ms. DeWolfe and her entire team. They are professional, knowledgeable and so efficient with my busy schedule. They take such an interest in my family and my business success. I feel like they are truly cheering me on. They were one of the rare people I could count on through the COVID downturn. Their help saved my business. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I am giving them a 2-star rating, which I feel is kind given my experience. As background, we are a small business and have struggled over the last 4 years. For various reasons, we had not filed taxes for 2 years. We needed to file late for 2020 and 2021. The current year was 2022 and we intended to wind down operations on 12/31/2022. We paid Paresky & Flitt more than $20K to do our taxes for 2020 and 2021. My belief was that they would do some of the heavy lifting for this price, as our books needed some maintenance. I have worked with this firm for 15 years and they have done an excellent job of exploring different tax strategies. They have helped me transition between different business entities; S corp, LLC, and C corp. I have sold two businesses and they were helpful every step of the way. They gave me strong support in filing taxes in various states as well as my personal taxes. I have been impressed with all the staff that I have met over the years. I strongly recommend the firm.

RUN from this place. WAY overpriced for the error prone returns produced. You'll sign forms you are not aware of what they mean, they will NOT review your tax returns with you prior to submitting them. And did I mention, they are WAAAAY overpriced for what they do NOT deliver. RUN...fast...
