Waiting since Dec 2023 for US waiver it’s now Oct 2nd 2025 - 2100$ seems to have gone down the drain with this company . The SLICK sales department promised the world and deliver nothing . Whats crazy is I’ve had 3 previous US waivers the last one being a 5 year waiver . Little to no communication from this company and honestly feel like fraudulent business practices are going on here . I started in 2018 or so and Applied or a pardon and waiver since I had around 12 or so charges I had to pay more, which I get but for both I paid around 6000 or so for clerk fees and court fees and such. I do what is asked with paperwork and getting my thinger prints and then wait. It was almost 2 years after that, that they got back to me about it saying it was going to go to the judge and get signed which take a bit. Covid happened and it delayed everything for a while. They told my husband it would take 2 weeks to get his records from the court. That was 3 months ago. They said he would have his pardon by the end of 2024. It is the end of September. He can't work without this. I paid $1800. No correspondence from them no updates. I hope they will not take another 5 years to resolve this. I know it is in the court's hands, but updates would be appreciated
Been waiting over 3yrs and still no response,paid them in full over3800 dollars and everytime I inquire about the status I’m treated very rudely on the phone and they refuse to call the consulate for a status I was told in the beginning it would be 18 months maximum .im starting to think this is a scam and they stole my money
