Absolute liars. Said it would take 10-14 months and it's been 2yrs and we're nowhere near finished. Takes them MONTHS to respond or contact you and everything they tell you should be taken with a grain of salt as I've been given false information almost every time I've been able to get them on the phone which is not easy. It's been so long and difficult that I don't even care about the pardon anymore. I'm basically out $2500 and 2yrs of waiting for absolutely nothing in the end. Complete waste of my time and money. This company is a complete scam. Save yourself a headache and do not use them. They gave me false information on legal advice and then refused to refund me my money back. They're not lawyers and not qualified to speak on any legal matter. Do not make the same mistake I did and go talk to a real lawyer, this company should be shut down. I will be getting a real lawyer and taking further action against this sham of a company.

I started the process of getting a pardon summer of last year. We researched all the companies out there and found Pardons Canada. We paid our fees, did what we had to do and then waited. Got home from work today to find an envelope in the mail with a letter saying my pardon had been granted. 10 long years to get here, but here we are. I highly recommend these guys. They don't mess around. Thanks for all the work your team on this.
