My visit to Pardon Me Hearing was a very positive one. I had travelled from Ireland on holidays and one of my hearing aids would not work. This was dealt with very kindly and professionally. I am happy to now have two working devices. I was very impressed and grateful with the service I received.
My dad was in need of help with his hearing aid and the kind people at the Vernon store worked through the issues and solved them in a timely manner and for FREE! Just amazing service! Well done, and THANK YOU!
Booked a hearing test for the following day. Test was very thorough compared to one I have had in the past at another business. Staff were friendly and there was no pressure for a sale. I appreciated the time taken to explain the results and the science behind how hearing aids could help my particular level of hearing loss and a free trial was offered. I will be back and would highly recommend their services.
Really pleased with the product and the service from Pardon Me Hearing in Vernon. The testing was very detailed and everything was explained in detail. All our questions were answered, without making us feel stupid, including the ones that we called in the next day. It is so hard to remember everything. The price tag was really good even compared to Cosco. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Both the receptionist & the Technitian were amazing! They couldn’t have been more helpful & kind than they were! The Technitian was quick to fit my mom in between appointments so her issue was dealt with immediately. I recommend these Vernon hearing aid specialists to anyone who wants someone who’s knowledgeable, efficient, kind & knows how to work with the elderly soas to put them at ease while being informative at the same time.
