Friendly, efficient, quick
Noland and the team were nothing but polite and professional and caring to the situation. We were from out of province and they took fantastic care of the problem. I would recommend these two to anyone! Of i ever need hearing care or aid's, i will be coming back to Vernon to see them!

Today we walked into “Pardon Me” the hearing store @ Polson Park Mall in Vernon because my 91 year old friend needed help. Her hearing aids stopped working. Nolan Trombley & his receptionist were amazingly helpful. Nolan cleaned & tested the hearing aids and turned up the volume a little bit. They gave her some suggestions and gently taught her how to take care of herself and the hearing aids. I highly recommend Nolan. How refreshing to meet people who really do care. 😊🙏🏻💕
