Ok so after all this time my pardon finally came through. Wow. SO relieved. I stand by my review about the fees, they are harsh. After thinking about it I upped the stars as they did come through for me in the long run. I actually applied and received a CBC. Better communication and a better understanding of all of the little problems would have been helpful.
