Don't file at this place you will never see your tax money ever again. Nothing and now it's the middle of June. They said I would get this irs paper and stuff and still nothing. I did everything they said. We need to shut this place down today. I will be filing with the courts this coming week to shut this place down. You will never get taxes back ever. Don't file they will steal the money right from under you. Don't file with this place if you do you are dumb
I’ve been going to Parcel Plus for years and will never go anywhere else. Eric and his team are so friendly and reliable. He always promptly answers any questions I have about my taxes and I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. Highly recommend Eric!!
Went in to print copies third time this month and had to wait for employees using machines and hogging work station. Was told basically my printing needs were considered less than a secondary service and we are doing what's needed for our primary customers and business. Wow - then take down the dang signs - and thank for letting me know as a customer what my business is there doesn't matter. An old church lady who has lived in Hanover for 30+ years and LOTS of friends and associates. OK THEN.
