Was told by clerk that they don’t UPS returns. However, they advertise UPS and it’s on their window of the business.
Completely awful. I thought they were good until they completely messed up our taxes. Eric ended up not putting a certain number and now it’s been 2 months since we paid them money to do our taxes. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Not here. Rude Staff and Awful work
I call Staples on esenhower in Hanover PA see if they can do something for me and said of course we can do it. When I got there the start the process I wait 10 minutes and nothing happens I ask why taking so long and they said Comcast is not great with us. I told the person why you make me wasting my time. Then I went to parcel plus in Carlisle Street and they're take my needed with not problem at all. The service was and the people have a knowledge about the job. Thank you parcel plus to take care my situation.
Went to Staples to get help with printing off my phone was treated rudely and with no assistance came to Parcel Plus was treated with respect and patience what a blessing
