Whoever answers their phones need to be fired. Least helpful, rude person I've ever spoken to.
Stuck here on delivery for 5 hrs and still not empty
Ordered wheels from custom offsets. They used this poor example of a shipping company. Shipper reached out saying they would deliver product tomarrow 3/12 be home 9-5 to recieve or they wont release. I work 45 minutes away from home, so does wife, they want us to take off a day of work to hope they show up. Wont offer to compromise or ship to my job. Or let me sign anything to release them at my home without us present.
