I started going to Dr. Ryan six months ago with atrophy and strength loss on the left side of my body due to 3 herniated disks in my neck. He went right to work using the Neufit Method. What we have accomplished is beyond words. My strength is ~100% back and my confidence is through the roof. I am back at the gym and growing both physically and mentally. It's been a pleasure knowing Dr. Ryan. I look forward to continuing our journey.
Ryan provided an extension evaluation of where I was experiencing pain and also took the time to measure my strength. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing and how it could help rule in or out issues. He provided feedback as I tried each exercise and explained what area of the body would be targeted and the expected results when sticking to the plan. Ryan provided great feedback about what I can do now to put my body in the best shape as I age. I am encouraged by Ryan's tips and proactive plan.
Ryan is great! I have been to two other physical therapy places in the past for different reasons, but my experience with Ryan was a game changer. He is very thorough and will explain everything "to the t". It is important in this line of work to understand the benefits of how each exercise will help you get to your goal. 10/10 would recommend. I will be going back in the near future to increase the solutions we talked about in the consultation.
Dr. Cunningham is very knowledgeable and experienced, and treats his parents very nicely. My son injured his left elbow and shoulder in a school sports event ; he went to his office for physical therapy. After the theory, he felt great . Dr Cunningham provides me kind opinions and follow up suggestion , and always responds to my questions promptly. His service is excellent and the charge is very reasonable. I highly recommend his service at Paratus Physical Therapy.
I can’t say enough positive things—Ryan is very thorough and patient and very gifted in what he does. He explains what the issues are in great detail and takes the time to look at all contributing factors to come up with a plan to get better. He follows up frequently and truly cares that with his help we are seeing and feeling improvement. Most highly recommend!
