Why a customer call for an ride should wait that long on the end of line for very long time it's very intolerable and on call for for. Paratransit should hire more people so people don t have to wait along time on the phone
It's a good thing they put the customers first. To see them in the office is ridiculous. I was in the office for about a 8 days straight. I never seen anyone smile. It was unbelievable that no one ever smiled. The energy was so off. You can see the mean faces were very sad looking. They offer a great service and their day probably would be better if they just offered a smile. Not only to the public but to their personnel. I couldn't believe it. Rich and Alan were my drivers today. Very friendly, nice and go above and beyond to help me up and to my seat. Secured my walker. Excellent customer service.
