Grainger Banks has been striped of all his ratings from USHPA (united states paragliding and hangliding association. If you are considering learning from this guy, be aware that he CANNOT SIGN OFF YOUR CERTIFICATE. HE HAS BEEN BEN BANNED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GET ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR TO SIGN YOU OFF. GRAINGER IS A SCAMMER!!!
Great school, great instructor !!! Just received my P2 from Granger, he puts safety absolute first ... he has the most experience of any instructor in the region....
Granger is a great instructor and his paragliding trips are AWESOME!!
I would never recommend using Parasoft to anybody wanting to learn paragliding. the owner of Parasoft is also the principal instructor. He has a well documented history of leaving injured students to fend for themselves on the training hill or in the landing field below and has injured more than one tandem passenger during landing. He has cut live trees (20 of them) on the First Flat Iron and has removed trees in other parts of Boulder Open Space without authorization from Open Space.
