I am so upset that my daughter fell into the paramount district. Since the enrollment process I have received nothing but mediocre service from the women working there, starting from the person who answers the phone on to Nancy Pulido the district has some serious re alignment to do with their whole staff, because their customer service is garbage not helpful and very rude !
My sisters and I recently experienced economic and familial hardship which led us to move to Paramount in July. Right away, my older sister, with guardian rights initiated the registration and enrollment process online for our youngest sister who is supposed to enter her sophomore year of high school in August. We understand that the ladies at the district office have many other families like us that need enrollment and that we are not special or entitled to priority treatment in any way.
