I had booked a 30 min free consultation appointment with Kristie. She called just on the dot however when the call started to break up within 2 min in, to the point could not hear at all. I had to hang up & tried calling again. Remind you still had maybe 28 min left of the appt. No follow up just ignoring my call completely. Great service thanks
