Very very rude. Had a consultation, apparently it was supposed to be over the phone even though they had no correspondence saying so. Went in because someone claimed my dependent so my taxes got denied. I went in hoping to hire them to help me move forward by claiming fraud and what my next steps should be because I have never had to deal with this before.
