Very very rude. Had a consultation, apparently it was supposed to be over the phone even though they had no correspondence saying so. Went in because someone claimed my dependent so my taxes got denied. I went in hoping to hire them to help me move forward by claiming fraud and what my next steps should be because I have never had to deal with this before. Pretty good preparation tax wise- overall everyone is nice and friendly. I did have quite a complex tax situation that has sadly been really difficult to settle but we were able to get it squared away. Price wise they’re more expensive compared to other places I’ve called in St. George but it’s worth it when they’re done right!!!!!!
