They are interested in the growth of your business and make it very easy to talk to and build a trustful connection throughout the process.
**Updated at the bottom** Horrific experience and service... I've done my taxes here several years. First off, you have a data entry person doing most of your return, not a CPA. Then another CPA, that doesn't even look at your information or situation, signs off on it. Doesn't seem like a big deal at first, but here are some specific examples of the nightmare...
