I was in search of a gravel or mountain bike and JC was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding one that fit my needs. I'd visited my local shop in Bismarck and they wouldn't spend any time with me cause I didn't fit the profile of who they thought should be biking (I'm a female baby boomer that's very active but not a young/middle aged person.) They were very forthcoming with info on maintenance and bike usage. Love my bike and I even got a sticker that says, "New bike day."😉😊
Your better off trying to find somewhere else to have your bike serviced condescending arrogant staff.
