Your better off trying to find somewhere else to have your bike serviced condescending arrogant staff.
Great shop and very knowledgable.
Asked if I could pay to have my rotor bolts loosened because i did not have the right tool. Guy was sitting on a bike watching a couple get checked out at register by another employee. Guy said he didn't have time and I'd have to make an apt. Went to the bike shop downtown instead, and they had it done in like 2 min.
CON -ARTIST! Ripped me off! Went there to get new tubes in both tires, they said they were a week out, but only takes 30 mins. I Agreed to wait the 1 week. Picked up my bike 1 week later, Paid the bill and went home. Noticed my tires still didn't hold air. When I call to have them rectify the situation, they said there's nothing they can do. PURE CON-ARTIST!
Condescendingly claim to be too busy with "appointments" to do a 10 minute max service. Bikes on stands but zero work observed being done. Yup that would explain it haha.
