Accutax is the worst tax software I have ever used. They do not stand by their product or service delivery. I paid for the WEBPro and I had constant errors with the software. When I called in for technical assistance the line was always busy or online technical assistance could not assist with my issues. When you email them you get a message that says they have high call and email volume and will get back with you. It took almost two weeks for them to get back to me.
