It's been 50-60 degrees out and they are still blanketing the neighborhood with the loudest terrible grinding noise of their broken AC that they have had years of multiple complaints to fix. When will you let your neighbors sleep, open their windows, be able to hear a conversation without yelling, be able to sit outside, etc? Best senior living spot EVAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! This place is a sanctuary. The new nurse is a slay and she’s so on the ball it’s unbelievable. What a love-bug. Can’t say enough about the new nurse and the facility as a whole but mainly that nurse. Thank you!
I would use this facility again. While the facility and food are excellent, and the care was very good, especially hospice care, some of the administrative staff is impudent. Hospice staff and hospice care was beyond excellent, but the regular staff could use some improvements. In their defense, I think they are understaffed. There are a few CNAs and nurse standouts as excellent, but night staff was very lazy.
