I would rate the facility a 4 if the aids had more manners and training! I realize they don’t get paid great but the residence that are there need to have the care they deserve. The price you pay they need to waited on quickly. It seems the average call light takes the aids about 25 minutes to answer, which is not acceptable with the price they charge! The kitche staff and food is great and receptionist is wonderful.
