I had my mother in this place when it was under a different name over 8 years ago. These people overdosed my mother on hydrocodone just to keep from being bothered with her. Unless you don't love your love one, keep them from this place.

Today I visit a patient and greeted her at the dinning area, I notice water spill on the floor. I brought it up to a med staff and she walked away with another person. After spending 45 min I went back to check if it was mop. Nope. I notice 2 cna talking among themselves in front of the puddle I brought it to their attention they both just looked at me and ignore me. I then went back to the med staff and ask for the DON. This company has files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. I received a formal letter last week. They are also called "Senior Care Centers, LLC" Our mother was diagnosed with Dementia and we needed a place to take her. We visited a few and found this one to be a good fit, or so we thought. As time went on I saw the little things that caught me attention which said they had some internal management issues.
