Paramount Recovery has been one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. Our dealership purchased a vehicle and provided all required paperwork promptly. Every document they requested was submitted, and all fees were paid in full. Despite this, they have refused to release the vehicle. Communication has been beyond frustrating. They sent my wife and I a bill doesn't say who it's from or what it's about , they need to be investigated and shut down .If I could give negative stars I would.
Before paying these people please double check with whoever they say your debt is with. They claimed I owed $1700 but the hospital they said the debt was with said I didn’t owe them anything. I ended up filing a report with the CFPB to get this removed.
