They sent my wife and I a bill doesn't say who it's from or what it's about , they need to be investigated and shut down .If I could give negative stars I would.
Before paying these people please double check with whoever they say your debt is with. They claimed I owed $1700 but the hospital they said the debt was with said I didn’t owe them anything. I ended up filing a report with the CFPB to get this removed.
They called me daily for about a month and would hang up as soon as I answered. Finally, I was able to get through and they started asking me personal ID questions which I don’t provide over the phone. I explained to them that I have a copy of my credit report and I have 772 score and I do not have anything in collections. They became combative and abusive which just shows me that this place is a scam and the call was nothing to do with a debt or its collection.
