They kept my mother waiting for over an hour after her appointment, even though I had called ahead to inform them that she was in pain and needed to get her medication.
Thank you Mario and Dante for the smooth easy ride to Encompass in Bedford. I’ve had rides before with another company and did not feel safe so I appreciated the care they gave from one point to the other. Also I left my phone at BSW Grapevine but the guys grabbed it for me on their next trip from there to Encompass which saved my wife a lot of trouble. A smooth ride and excellent customer service… thanks again Mario and Dante!!!
We have ridden with Paramount multiple times. Their drivers are very personable, kind, friendly, gentle with my mother, they ask her if she's comfortable, what kind of music she'd like to listen to, etc. They make she and I both feel welcomed and safe. Paramountnemt Transport Driver, Dayton, took me from Keller Rehab Hospital to my Surgeon's office in Plano. I told him I had a very uncomfortable bumpy ride previously. He said he knew how to take care of that. He took special care in securing my wheelchair for a very smooth ride. He waited while I saw my Dr. and transported me home afterwards. Thank you, Dayton!
Josiah Was my transporter. He was very good. He came. He was early actually and even met my request for stopping because my drug. My blood sugar dropped, and I really needed something sweet to help me out and he had compassion and stopped and help me out. Very good driver.
