Great experience with Paramount. Carlos picked my elderly mother up from rehab facility and transported her to her surgeon appt at downtown Baylor. Very nice and courteous man. Exceptional driving. No speeding, took bumps and turns carefully. Even transported my mother all the way to the surgeon's office. Jordan picked us up when we were finished at our scheduled time. Same thing. Decided to call the Fire Department because they couldn’t fit their “stretcher” or “wheelchair that folds into a bed” through my grandpas mobile home door. My grandfather was on hospice. one day he was talking, the next he stopped. 5 days or so later was needing to be moved a facility, and hospice picked this company to move my grandfather. with my grandfather unconscious, unresponsive, Paramount decide fire department is the next step instead of consulting family.
