I want to thank Zoey Wong for her professionalism and competence. I experienced several delays with my order and wasn’t having a good experience with my salesperson regarding willingness to provide me with customer service (making calls to warehouse and to manufacturer to track down my order which was delayed). Zoey put in the time and effort to keep me informed and to advocate for me. I have not yet received my furniture so this is a review of the service.
Zoey was super helpful in assisting my friend find bedroom furniture. She researched and answered many questions and concerns. Highly recommend if you are looking for furniture
我家的L型梳化已經用了很多年，開始老化，是時候替换了，我和家人逛了很多傢俬店，但看了很多間也找不到適合我們的要求，不是尺寸不合，就是顏色或款式不好看，但在Paramount Home & Design，我們找到了我們喜歡的款式，但顏色就不是我們喜歡的，幸好這裡有不同顏色，物料，可以依照我們喜歡的款式訂做而且還是在加拿大製造，只需兩個月，全部條件都非常適合我們的要求，而且這裡的售貨員 Christine 非常專業，推薦我們隨了訂做梳化之外，再訂做一張Ottoman，就可以完全代替了我們原有的L型梳化，在店裏的電腦系統更可以立刻做到新梳化的圖型給我們，如同看到實物一樣，令我們非常放心，而且Christine 還非常詳細解釋整個購買的流程，付款方法，送貨安排等，最後我們還有一個特別要求，就是送貨時能為我們搬走舊的梳化，她也答應為我們安排，這次的購物體驗，令我們非常滿意。因為Paramount 真的有很多不同的高級傢俬款式，一進入店內，傢俬吸引了我們的目光，而且每位售貨員都非常友善，不會促銷，只會應我們的要求去介紹，解釋，整個購買過程，非常自在，令我們帶著满足，祈待的心情去迎接新的梳化。 Christine的售後服務亦非常專業，解釋送貨的時間及搬走舊梳... read more
