Poor communication, poor product knowledge, and no meaningful customer service after taking our deposit. We ordered a couch and were told it would take about 3 months to arrive. We paid a deposit based on that timeline, which mattered because we had family coming to help after the birth of our newborn. A week before the expected delivery date, we still had not heard anything from the store. We had to call them ourselves, only to be told it would be delayed another month.
