It's a no go store, very rude and unprofessional customer service. The furniture is either damaged or very low quality. Delivery time is very bad.
I’ve purchased many items from this store in the past, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. In June 2025, I bought a bedroom set costing over $2,000. When the delivery team arrived to assemble it, they immediately noticed the adapter for the dresser lighting was missing and assured me someone would come the next day to drop it off. I purchased a mattress from this store and requested a replacement due to issues, but when I went back, the staff ignored me and did not address my concern. Very disappointed with the service and the unprofessional behavior.
The customer service is amazing. The delivery guys are very professional, set up everything smoodly a big thanks to Shidu i strongly recommend this furniture store.
