Do not buy from Paramount Furniture. I purchased a sofa from their store just a month ago. The sales representative who sold it to me was Gary, and he clearly stated that the sofa came with a 6-month warranty. However, the fabric is already showing visible wear and damage along the seam after only a month of normal household use. This is extremely concerning given how recently it was purchased. I wish I checked the reviews before I went to by sofa bed in this store. Their service is very horrible. Do not buy anything here
We had our sectional delivered last night, and although they ran a bit behind to accommodate our preference for an evening delivery time, Jasmeet and Gary were excellent. They brought the furniture in efficiently and carefully, ensuring everything was clean and problem-free. They even removed their shoes before coming inside, which we really appreciated. We’re very happy with their service.
