Jassa was sent to help us move. We were initially worried that the job will probably need 2 people - but Jassa gave us confidence that he will get it done easily. He did a great job and was very professional and well trained.
This has been one of the worst service experiences. The driver has still not arrived, there is no confirmed timing, and our entire schedule has been completely disrupted because of this company’s poor planning and lack of accountability. Communication is almost non-existent. Calls are not being answered, and when they are, we are given vague and inconsistent excuses instead of clear updates. If I could give 0 stars I would give 0. Changed the quote once we arrived and drove off with half of my possessions in the moving vehicle. NEVER recommending this company to anyone!!
Disgusting business. Charged us triple what the quote was, had all of our belongings on the truck. 2 grown men with one young girl. Threatened and forced me to pay the full amount and would not return our property until we had done so.
Totally unprofessional & unreliable. Avoid at all costs!. Kept us waiting & gave flimsy excuses. Not turning up after several phone calls!
