My husband had an appointment booked for 12:50 PM and arrived on time. Unfortunately, he ended up waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time because the therapist was still inside talking with someone. There was no update or communication about the delay, so he decided to leave and cancel the appointment. We understand that delays can happen, but keeping a client waiting that long without any communication is very unprofessional and disappointing. Hopefully this improves for future clients.
