I had a bad experience in this store. After looking around I approached the older woman , told her I was from out of town and here on business..and asked her if she could please show me some dresses...she didn't and wouldn't..she seemed a bit awkward and just kept walking into the back room....the younger one was no better...I wasn't acknowledged properly at any stage and they barely spoke to me ..I served myself, chose a dress $330 and only bought it because I liked the material..These two should not be working in this envi... read more

Very poor service, I felt like I was an intruder. Need to be more aware of your customers. Would not buy because of poor service. Very unfortunate.

Be careful when purchasing from this store, my daughter purchased a top, when she tried it on at home it did not fit properly. Tried to return it 6 days later and they refused to REFUND 😡 No signs in the shop to inform consumers or on check out to inform us on their NO REFUND policy!!! Try to support small local business and this is the way you get treated!! Definitely will not shop here again!!

I won't ever be shopping here again, tried to return boots for an exchange not a REFUND without the box still had the docket and the boots had not been worn, a lot of stores sell you shoes without boxes. I usually keep all my shoe boxes but threw this one out to make more room in my wardrobe. 😡😡😡

Really nice selection of shoes. Bought some myself. Prices are reasonable. I would say the women working there need a little more energy and enthusiasm however I would come back on our next visit.
