I've read the reviews and I think people have to understand there are various people giving the massages, its not a case of the same girl or guy treating every customer. Some of us want hard some want soft, but a good or bad result can be due to our expectation not being met. I like a firm massage and Bella and Rita hit 110% every time. I know people who have gone to Rita and they've said she's too hard, so how does one get it right? Trail and error I suppose.
