Brought a bike in that I had bought used to get tuned and looked over. A different bike shop had told me that the bike wasn’t worth fixing. Brad at Paragon tuned it up great and made some small repairs to make the bike rideable, as well as made a list of things to work on over time. He also fixed one tiny issue for $10 that the other shop said would take hours of labor. Took it out in the bike park this week and it’s riding great! Pete the mechanic at Paragon is incredible. I went down in gravel on Ride the Rockies and broke my Hanger for the Rear Derailleur. After visiting two mechanics and calling 4 more bike shops, They.all said hundreds of hangers and we don’t have yours.Paragon said maybe. Get here and we have a guy.that might can fix.it. Pete was that guy. He said we don ‘t have your hanger but would you like to see if I can fabricate one. I work for Durango Devo and was in the middle of a bicycle trip from Silverton to Telluride and back when I sheared off a the small bolt holding my sram code rsc lever to the lever body. Not only was Patrick at Paragon Sports able to remove the broken bolt shaft but found another impossible to find small bolt to get my brake back together so that I could make a safe return journey. These guys are awesome! Great service and technical knowledge!
