This is the most unprofessional company. Understandably, they are a debt collector however due to a bill that was forgotten about and not paid it went into their hands. When I received notice and called to pay the bill the man accepting payment was the rudest and most arrogant person. He took payment and hung up on me.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called to try and set up some kind of payment plan (after they answered and hung up on me at least 5x “Mrs.Jones answered) and unfortunately I just couldn’t afford what they were offering me so then finally the rep said “we’ll just tell me what you CAN afford”. I told her and she replied “on an account balance for over $2,000 that’s all you can afford? You can’t bump that up? I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Every time I’ve deal with these people they have been nothing but kind! Great people and good service. I’m sure a few representatives are rude but you get that with every business. I think I spoke to a woman named Larie.. super sweet and nice! Keep it up!
