I'm unfortunately having left this place very disgraceful. I'm 49 years old and I suffer from stage 4 bone degenerative disorder, pinched nerves throughout my spine, profound and bulging discs, bone spurs and osteo arthritis throughout my back. After seeing one of their physiotherapists I was told that everyone my age has this. I am unable to walk at times and often spend up to 3 days in bed. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but the therapist Dapinder, seems like a magician! After suffering for weeks and even getting scans on the pain presenting in my foot I had no answers. In the first 5 minutes Dapinder had found the issue and a course of treatment that got me moving again and almost pain free in 4 weeks. Not only that, I left with helpful information to strengthen the area to prevent it from reoccurring. Highly recommend their services!
I have been seeing Dapinder now for a number of years. She is so professional and does a great job. I have seen other physiotherapists over the years, approximately 35 years. They don't even come close. You must go and see her; you won't be disappointed. I have a very bad back; I have had 2 operations on my left shoulder. Dapinder gives me relief from very strong pain; she cares for her patients.
I highly recommend physio Amit at Paragon Physiotherapy Centre. He is very professional, thoughtful and truly listens to what symptoms I present, then comes up with solutions. I have absolute trust in Amit to make a huge difference to my physio treatment.
