I needed a travel authorization notarized. The website listed the price as $24.99 He tried to charge me $50. I had to show him that it was 24.99 I his website. Same day, he changed the website to $50. A 100% increase in price in 24h is absolutely not justified. He also refused to sign as a witness even though the Canadian Government website states, "Any adult may witness the signing of a consent letter.
