Phone screen doesn’t turn on after a few days
They were responsive and available to get me out of a bind as I was visiting Denver and my screen gave out due to water damage. They had me fixed up in a few hours. Customer service was great. But after the repairs, I received my phone and got a notification that the new screen was an off brand. This was never disclosed until after I asked the technician and he said it would be fine and that it was normal with a new screen and that if I wanted an apple screen it would be an extra $100. Today I was able to get my iPhone Pro Max fixed in about 30minutes. I’m only passing through Denver, Colorado, but this was a great experience. Juan was very informative and knowledgeable about the repairs. I called in at 11am and set an appointment for 1pm, I was in and out. Very grateful, thank you!!! Feels and works like a brand new phone, also holding a charge so much better now. I will definitely stop purchasing the gas station chargers as well.
They fixed an iPad cracked screen and now the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work. They said they can’t fix it and offered no solution or refund. Terrible work.
This has been a completely upsetting experience. I feel completely devalued as a potential client. I called in at 8 am and was told the only time available to work on my device was 3:30 pm. I drive to the location for it to get worked on to see no one is in the shop. I called and was told if you drive or wait 30 minutes someone would be able to work on my device today.
