Horrible experience from start to finish. The technician who came to service my phone actually damaged it, forcing the company to provide a replacement device. Unfortunately, that replacement was also defective because it had been assembled incorrectly. As a result, the phone leaked when exposed to water and ultimately failed. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. The owner repeatedly claimed to operate with honesty and integrity, but my experience suggested otherwise.
