Horrible experience from start to finish. The technician who came to service my phone actually damaged it, forcing the company to provide a replacement device. Unfortunately, that replacement was also defective because it had been assembled incorrectly. As a result, the phone leaked when exposed to water and ultimately failed. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. The owner repeatedly claimed to operate with honesty and integrity, but my experience suggested otherwise. Do not use this business. Not professional at all. First told us we could use credit card to pay then after it was fixed guy said no credit cards made us pay through Zell didn't charge tax. As a business they have to charge state tax. Charged us $180 for a cheap Chinese led screen and it broke the next day. They then tell you glass breaks all the time. We greatly appreciate the service you provided and we are grateful that you truly worked with us to fix the laptop.he went above and beyond with us to work with us , my son it’s very happy with the service very easy on communication fast reply and very friendly .
