Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have two “complaints” the lack of availability of after hours or weekend customer service when issues arise and the fact that all calls are routed to a customer service person and who then tried to connect you which always ends up in voice mail. The bank its self is great.
Very Poor customer service and relationship with the customer. Worst interest rate in whole if memphis on my money market account.
Paragon has the friendliest staff!!
