This is the most beautiful vintage boutique I’ve ever experienced
I purchased a kimona that was on sale and received confirmation of the sale which stated that the price included free delivery. they then wanted to charge me for delivery saying there was a "glich" when i said i would pay for the delivery but would file a complaint they refused to go forward with the purchase. I also saw a kimona they were charge over $1700 for which I purchased in the 80's for $100. found better quality and prices online from england
Purchased a close to $2k item from this store and owner makes you pay a 4% credit card fee. When I asked to have few waiver owner refused to talk to me. Rude rude customer service. Don’t go here. If I had bought online there would be no credit card fee and the owner fails to acknowledge the issue which is she refused to talk with me on the phone - only texted w the sales associate. Small businesses thrive on customer service!
