I came to have a session with Serena she is the rudest woman I’ve ever seen at a spa in my life she refused to shower with me before or after session she is an absolute let down and waste of money. Do not go to her you will be let down. Not clean , not friendly. And reeked of cigarettes , GROSS!!!! I strongly do not recommend this lady. If I could I would have asked for a refund but that’s not an option with this industry, I’m strongly considering if I will ever come back because who knows what other ladies are like that !
Great tanning salon
Been a regular for a while, but the reception today (Nov 5, around 3 pm) was terrible. The girl at the front had the least customer care I've ever seen. Amazing how one person can make you never want to come back.
