This company is by far the most helpful, and accommodating. They took my blind and shortened it, one that I had been ordered from another company, and was to long because of a plan deviation, that was not forwarded to the blind manufacturer before it was made. Rather than waiting to have another blind made, at cost! I called numerous companies about shortening the blind, to which I was told, it couldn’t be done, Paradise said absolutely it could be done!! I am so happy with the balcony shades that we purchased from Paradise Shades & Blinds. Paradise is by far, in my opinion, the best place in Nanaimo to buy blinds. In addition to reducing sun rays and heat, the solar blinds have turned our balcony into a new outdoor room that offers us privacy and more space! Thanks Terry for your amazing customer service too.
